Prairie Peddler Festival Returns with Crafts, Live Music & Fall Traditions |
Experience the Charm of Autumn at Butler's Beloved Outdoor Marketplace |
The Prairie Peddler Festival is set to make its annual return to Butler, Ohio, on September 27–28 and October 4–5, 2025, offering a delightful blend of crafts, live music, and cherished fall traditions.
Located at 3170 State Route 97, this outdoor marketplace features over 220 artisan booths nestled among the scenic autumn woods. Visitors can explore a variety of handmade goods, from primitive décor to unique gifts, while enjoying the crisp fall air.
Festival coordinator Mandi Sanford expressed excitement about this year's event, noting the introduction of new vendors and anticipating favorable weather conditions. "We always have new items every year with vendors," Sanford said. "The weather is supposed to be great."
Attendees can look forward to nearly 25 food vendors offering a range of culinary delights, including kettle corn and Amish-style cooking. For entertainment, four stages will host live performances, featuring acts like Barefoot McCoy and the Christian Cloggers Dance Team.
Children's activities abound, with options such as sand art, soap and candle making, pony rides, and a free petting zoo. The Kidzone offers additional fun, including face painting and crafts, with proceeds supporting children battling cancer.
Admission is priced at $10 for adults, $3 for children aged 6–12, and free for those under 6. Parking is complimentary. Please note that pets are not permitted, except for service animals.
